Aikens Cleaning, LLC is looking for a crew leader for cleaning new construction homes. Monday - Friday 8:00- 4:30 No nights -Weekends off - Holiday pay CALL 256-631-8213 to schedule an interview. Do not text. Must have leadership experience in cleaning newly built homes to be move in ready. Must have a good work ethic and the ability to teach others, to be professional, thorough, time efficient and safe on the job. Responsibilities include: Driving a company van and your crew to the job site Leading a crew of 2-4 people Assigning jobs to each crew member Quality checking all work done and filling out quality inspection sheet Seeing that proper safety procedures are practiced at all times Knowledge, and ability to perform all aspects of Construction Cleaning Knowledge of wet/dry vac, ladder safety, use of chemicals used to clean various surfaces without damage Communicating with Construction Managers Starts at $15.00/ hour CALL 256-631-8213 to schedule an interview.
