One of Long Islands Largest Cleaning Companies is aggressively seeking a Janitorial Area Supervisor who is a highly organized and a detailed oriented person. This person must have 3 years of Janitorial Experience and detailed knowledge of scheduling and supervising employees and inspecting buildings. Your main responsibility will be doing Daily inspections of those buildings that you are assigned to. This is a FULL - TIME position Monday – Friday, 1pm – 10pm. Knowledge of the Janitorial Industry and the ability to Recruit Talent is a MUST! Must have reliable transportation. Car Allowance and Expenses paid for. QUALIFICATIONS: • Candidate must have prior Janitorial Supervisor experience • Computer skills are a must • Very detail oriented and follows tasks and projects through to completion. • Must know how to use Microsoft Excel and Word • Must speak both English and Spanish – This is a requirement and non-negotiable • Must be a go-getter! • Must be a Team Player
