We are looking for LICENSED General Contractors (1099) to work on renovation projects for our client. These are single-family homes renovated to be rented out. Multiple homes per month depending on what you can handle with volume. You can accept or reject any work order that comes your way if it fits your budget. General Contractors are required to have renovation experience, organized, and effectively communicate with Project Managers. You must be fluent in English in order to communicate properly. You must be able to follow an SOW and sometimes bid work to complete all projects on time and on budget. Mobile apps will be used to update the client on the progress of projects. Job Requirements: • State License as General Contractor • Current driver's license, W9 and/or tax ID • Must have a smartphone and access to the internet. • Contractors need a W9 Form, liability insurance, and Worker’s Comp (if applicable). • Ability to read a Scope of Work/Access to Sub-Contractors if needed. • Excellent communication skills. • Needs capital to purchase own material from Home Depot, Lowes, etc. • Must have experience in the remodeling or home repair trades. • Drug-Free Environment
