We currently have an opening for a full time Maintenance employee. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare recently vacated properties for new tenants • Miscellaneous repairs; painting, ground keeping, etc. • Perform other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: • Prior Maintenance and/or Customer Service experience • Skilled in repair and maintenance of household appliances, plumbing, and lighting fixtures is a plus • Monday-Friday - 8:00-5:00 REQUIREMENTS: • High school diploma or GED • Must pass criminal background check • Must be able to lift objects weighing 50lbs or more regularly • Current drivers license and SS card required For immediate consideration, please post "Maintenance" in subject line and reply with your resume and salary requirements.
