Help Wanted: Homeowner Association Maintenance Worker • Full-time; Temporary to Permanent after a 90 day evaluation • Maintenance of Buildings, Vehicles, Roads, Swimming Pool and Common Areas • Ability to operate Light and Heavy Equipment • Lawn Maintenance: Mowing, Weed Whacking • Snow Plowing, Shoveling and Spreading Salt • Some heavy lifting required • Hours Monday through Friday 7 a.m.-3 p.m. plus on-call hours for weather or as needed. • Medical plan offered after 90 days of employment.
