Description
TLDR: I was recently made aware that my deceased grandfather, who was a 32nd or 33rd degree freemason, had a masonic claymore sword that was lost after his and his wife's deaths and property liquidation. I'm looking to find the sword as it is a family heirloom.
My grandfather's name was Robin Hilliard Bradley (DOB Feb 11, 1926), and he became a freemason in his hometown of Oakdale, Louisiana but lived in Killeen, TX from 1977 until his death in 2001. He was 32nd or 33rd degree freemason. I don't know what lodge he belonged to in Killeen, but it might be a prince hall lodge. His wife Debra Bradley passed away in 2016, also in Killeen. They lived on Santa Rosa Dr. After speaking with my incarcerated uncle (his son) recently I was made aware that my grandfather had a masonic claymore sword that was likely awarded to him by his lodge. However the sword is not in the items that were recovered from the house before it was sold. I understand that the sword may have been in storage and may have been auctioned off sometime in the past couple years.
If you happen to have any clue or idea the whereabouts of this family heirloom, please let me know!
Thank you,
Chris
