Removal of Artillery

My small white vinyl fence is covered in artillery fungus and I would like someone to come out and remove it. This appears to be a difficult fungus to remove, so if you have no experience with it, please do not reply. I have had someone try and cold water powerwash it off, but it did not work. Scraping off the fungus appears to work but it leaves a mark that needs to be scrubbed off. There are solutions for this but I assume anyone who has dealt with this fungus already knows what to do. This is only on the inside of the fence and it is a small fence. I will only pay if the mold is removed. I will not pay for the attempt.
