hard to be a journalist today

For people that call themselves "Journalists" in the Mainstream Media, life must really be frustrating. I mean, when you go to college and study journalism, you are taught how to dig deep and get the "Real Story" on any issue. Then, you go to work for a 'mainstream media' company..... Things aren't what you expected. Instead of digging deep, getting the 'real story' and telling the truth, you are told that you're only allowed to say certain things. You are only allowed to praise and prop up one political party, and you're required to trash the other party at all times. You are not allowed to tell the TRUTH: Your primary assignment is to support one political party over everything else. This is not "journalism", of course. --- This is called "State-Sponsored Propaganda". Most people don't go to journalism school only to repeat state propaganda which sucks, but in most cases, the money is too good to turn down. And, unfortunately, this is where most so-called 'mainstream journalists' find themselves today. Maybe we need to have a "News Revolution", where journalists actually tell America the truth.
