**ONLY ACCEPTING RESUMES** Seeking an Experienced Maintenance Worker to assist with the upkeep of our facilities and grounds while maintaining professional customer standards. The position is: M-F 8am to 5pm with OT Compensation. Applicant must: -Be able to keep up with cleaning and upkeep of our multifamily housing buildings -Be able to diagnose and repair minor household issues: plumbing, carpentry, appliances, etc. -Be Alert and timely at all times -Be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs -Be available to work on-call and on weekends (if needed) -Have a Valid Driver's License and Insurance -Have Reliable transportation -Be respectable to your surroundings, especially our tenants We offer the following: -Competitive Salary -Excellent healthcare & dental benefits -Generous PTO & Holiday Pay -401(K) & Match
