Guitarist looking to form or join a hard rock band. Age 50. Located in Appleton / Harrison area. Have good gear, good attitude, down to earth, drama free and looking for the same. A relaxed environment is important. Covers are the objective at this time but have been reconsidering originals (previous band put out 2 CDs). Can share music clips upon request. Looking for those in it for the long haul who share the same musical outlook and want to have fun and get out and play for an audience and not just to each other. Everyone has schedules so I have realistic expectations. Gravitate to heavier rock with some meaty backbone (cross between southern metal and progressive rock). Beer drinkers and hell raisers vibe. No speed or screamer material. In short just want to play some good hard driving rock. Heavy yet melodic. Practice space at my place is questionable, but possible. Some music examples: Texas Hippie Coalition, Hellyeah, Black Label Society, Sevendust, Bullet for my Valentine, Volbeat, Alice in Chains, Tesla, Disturbed to name a few.
