Rosen’s Inc. is an Agricultural chemical distributor. We are actively searching for a highly motivated, hardworking, reliable individual to immediately fill the Warehouse Associate position in our Lincoln Warehouse. We are an agriculture chemical distributer so our work schedule varies throughout the year. April through mid-July is our busy season and requires a working schedule Monday through Friday 7 am to 5 pm and Saturdays 7 am to 11 am. From mid-July through March the schedule consists of Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Benefits include paid vacation, health, dental and vision insurance the first of the month after 30 days. 401k is available the first of the month after 6 months. PRIMARY DUTIES • Safely and accurately load trucks each day. • Safely and accurately unload trucks as they come in and maintain an accurate count of shipping and receiving agricultural chemicals • Accurate daily inventory count • Weekly housekeeping to maintain a clean and presentable warehouse • Other duties as assigned WORK REQUIREMENTS • High school education or equivalent experience • Prior forklift experience • Excellent communication skills • Strong organizational and planning skills • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work. • Must have valid driver’s license • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
