I have a 3 year old male cockatiel that's needs rehoming. I sadly lost my job and can't afford to take care of him anymore. Scared of new people but warms up fast. He is hand trained! Will come with his cage, all his toys, bowls and even a bag of bird seed. I'm asking a rehoming fee of 600$
