This role will work to ensure that our products maintain the highest of quality and achieving necessary efficiencies. This person will have to be able to pay attention to detail and crush production quotas.REQUIREDMust be a positive team player of strong morale character to join our team of champions! First and foremost we are an accepting and inclusive group who loves cannabis and know how to work hard, work together and achieve results!AVAILABLE SHIFTS: 7:00 - 3:30PM | Monday through FridaySALARY: $17.25BENEFITS: Health, Vision, Dental, 50% Discount (industry leading), PTO, PSL and OT when available, Holiday Pay of 1.5x when worked)RESPONSIBILITIES Harvest cannabis plants by cutting the flowers of the plants from their stems. Trim all unwanted material off the flower Meet daily production quotas Clean tools and workspace daily Keep a close eye for contaminates Record all weights as per regulations REQUIREMENTS Stand or sit for up to 8 hours and move from role to role Lift up to 50lbs Be comfortable in lifts at heights up to 25' Perform repetitive upper extremity motions and repetitive forceful grip/pinch movement requiring both hands Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) - provided Use a computer and/or hand tools Must be 21+ Move about a typical manufacturing and warehouse environment, including kneeling, bending, reaching, rotating, and stooping on an intermittent to regular basis SANCTUARY IS PROUD TO BE AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
