Quiet, working professional ISO land for off-grid living.

Hello, I am posting here in hopes of finding someone who would be interested in renting a small parcel of their land for my off-grid camper van. It is a Nissan NV200, and one of the smallest class B vans on the market. It is titled, registered, and insured. Ideally, we could peacefully coexist on the land as neighbors. I’d be happy to help out with caring for your land, help with out with winter snow removal, etc. and perhaps even build a bit of a friendship, if you want. I work full-time and drive this van to and from my job every work day. So, it would actually be completely gone for a good portion of the waking day. Water and/or electric hookups would be helpful, but I can also make do without. I have a sweet, well behaved shiba inu dog who is 15 lbs. She would be coming with me. She is fully trained and barks rarely, if ever. We cannot part ways, so I would like to be up front about her.
