Songwriter Seeking Strong Lyricist/Collaborator

I'd like to find a lyricist who's good at writing over tracks. I have a lot of music that's more or less complete in need of a writer who's better than I am. I record rock, country, and traditional R & B mostly. I've had records on the Billboard charts in the past but in all candor, nothing recently. I like the old Motown songwriters and the current country crop because they understand word pictures and how to reach people emotionally. Authenticity is key.
