Local property rental company looking to hire a handyman asap to help with our property management. The hours will be very part time but can increase in the upcoming months. We would prefer someone who is flexible for on-call purposes. You can work day or night, at your convenience and will mostly be taking care of minor punch list items at various properties in town. Looking for someone who can install doorknobs and locks, knows how to do minor home repairs, and is able to do some moving and lifting if needed.
