I will keep trying to find a good home for this little guy. No reason to flag! Unless being cautious, requiring a vet reference, and looking out for his best interest is wrong. All you are doing is preventing this boy from getting his forever home. I recently got this little guy and he is an absolute gem of a sweetheart! Unfortunately my other dog doesn’t like him. She’s a terrier with an attitude. I was hoping that they’d be good friends but it’s not working out. I recently took him to the vet and had him wormed, vaccinated and started on flea and heartworm preventions. He is about a year old, not neutered or housebroken but will wear a belly band and go potty outside when taken so I think he’ll catch on pretty quickly to housebreaking. I’m asking to be reimbursed his vetting with a rehoming fee of $200 and he will come with those records. A vet reference will be required for his safety.
