We are looking for an on-site live in maintenance person for our small 80 unit apartment community. Complex is well taken care of and residents are very nice. You must be able to interact in a professional manner with fellow residents.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Painting and minor repairs to interiors of units
Inspecting units for management office
Communicating with office in regards to non-compliances
Informing manager of issues
Cleaning up around dumpsters
Picking up any trash around complex
Checking units for leaks
Minor maintenance around complex
Must be honest, dependable, self starter who works independently. Clean criminal record. Anyone residing with you over 18 must undergo a background check. Compensation includes housing of a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit, plus hourly pay. Individual is responsible for their own water, electricity and cable.
