REQUIREMENTS: • Clean driving record with a current and valid driver’s license (with at least 3 years of driving experience) • 2 years proven work experience • Be able to pass a drug test • Be able to pass background check • Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Preferred but not required. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Reports directly to field ops manager or division manager • Manage, train, and lead the crew • Work with crew to ensure the work is completed efficiently • Prune shrubs, remove shrubs and tree debris, trim palms, digging, planting, spreading base and bed materials (i.e mulch) • Operation of equipment such as pole saws, chainsaws, lifts, etc • Gather and remove debris or trash from both office & properties • Follow all Safety Policies & Procedures including wearing Personal Protective Equipment(Eye/Ear protection, Work Boots, Hi Visibility shirt) • Extensive Walking, Squatting, Carrying, and Lifting Schedule: Generally, 40 hours Monday - Thursday, but may vary depending on weather. Possibility of overtime may be available on Fridays or Saturdays depending on the needs of the business.
