Join the National Association of Abandoned Mine Land Programs in Jackson Hole, Wyoming for the 2023 Winter Business Meeting. Registration Registration is required to attend this event. Cost of registration is $200. This is a new fee placed on the Winter Business Meeting by the Association. You may register and pay for up to 4 attendees. Meeting Meeting dates will take place from Tuesday, Feb 28th- Thursday, March 2nd. Committee meetings: Tuesday, Feb 28 from 12-5 pm. Welcome Dinner Reception: Tuesday, Feb 28 from 6-9 pm. Business meeting: Wednesday, March 1 from 8-5 pm (lunch will be provided) and Thursday, March 2 from 8-12 pm. A meeting agenda will be available "soon." Accomodation The meeting will be hosted at The Lodge at Jackson Hole, just a four -minute drive from downtown. A lodge shuttle is provided to guests and is available for local transportation. Rooms are being held under the room block NAAMLP at the GSA rate of $207. Rooms may be booked here. Attendees may choose to extend their stay 3 days on either end of the meeting under the GSA rate by calling the hotel directly. Please book by Jan 10. NOTE: The hotel charges for the total amount upon reservation. THE LODGE AT JACKSON HOLE 80 Scott Lane, Jackson, WY 83002 (307) 739-9703 Travel The Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) is serviced by Alaska, American, Delta, and United Airlines. There is no hotel shuttle from the airport, however there are taxis and private shuttles available for hire. There are also Uber and Lyft vehicles available, although availablity is limited. Rental car service is available from Alamo/National, Avis/Budget, and Enterprise, and is located in the airport terminal. Dollar/Thrifty and Hertz are both located 9 miles south of the Airport, in the town of Jackson. To locate a complimentary shuttle for these companies exit the terminal and cross the crosswalk to the center island. The rental car shuttles are staged at the north end of the island and will be marked with a brown sign labeled “Rental Car Shuttles”. Recreation We hope you're able to spend some time exploring Wyoming before or after the meeting.
