Join us in celebrating — the fifth season of South Florida PBS's, film-maker! Film-maker embodies our community’s great diversity, with filmmakers of all ages and career stages.
From riveting documentaries to powerful dramas and silly shorts, this season of Film-maker has it all! Season five showcases 24 films over 10 episodes.
The cocktail reception will be followed by a screening of the premiere episode of season five, "Open Dialogues: Black Voices|Black Stories," directed by Freddy Rodriguez & Producer Jeff Rusnak. Filmmakers will then get the opportunity to participate in an enlightening Q&A with Broward County Film Commissioner Sandy Lighterman and Palm Beach County Film Commissioner Michelle Hillery.
