Surrender to the healing vibrations of sound as Brooke leads you through a deeply restorative sound bath experience. You will be bathed in the resonant frequencies of crystal singing bowls and other instruments designed to permeate the mind and body, bringing all systems back into balance. This is an opportunity for you to rest and receive. The experience will begin with a gentle guided meditation, followed by an immersive sound journey to calm the nervous system and reduce stress. You will walk away feeling peaceful and relaxed. Dress comfortably and bring water. I will have blankets and props available for you to use but feel free to bring your own for maximum comfort.
