Barre by Leah offers a full-body workout designed to build strength, tone your muscles and improve your balance. This workout uses ballet-inspired positions to strengthen and sculpt your muscles through a series of movements that work your arms, legs, core and back.
A barre workout uses your body weight and a variety of props that will push your body to become stronger, more sculpted and better balanced.
Leah is a Level 3 Barre Instructor certified through the International Ballet Barre Fitness Association. She is also certified in Pilates, Yoga and Ballerobica and often blends the various disciplines into one killer workout.
