This roundtable tasting will help explain how the components of wine affect our sensory perception and will provide a hands-on experience to attendees. We will discuss things like tannins, acids and pH, residual sugar, sulfites and how those things interplay to influence the character of wines - more important, you will experience examples of these things yourself. We will pick apart the components of wines and get first-hand experience in understanding wine tasting a little better. Come prepared to expand your palate and put some context to wine terminology. This interactive tasting is intended for those with little knowledge of wine to the armchair expert!
