BASK is the beautiful coming together of 7 women who have big heart for serving their community. With the most gorgeous backdrop of the Chandelier Room at Moss adorned with crystals, candles and roses, you’ll be fully immersed in sound. 3 gongs, 26+ sound bowls, beautiful baseline beats, chimes, shamanic drum and more. You are in a safe space to let go of the stresses of the year, soften into receiving and experience all of the benefits of healing sound: • Feel energetically refreshed and balanced. • Improved sleep. • Reduced anxiety/depression. • Tap into feelings of inner peace, well- being and purpose. **This is a come as you are, judgment free space for all humans to feel welcome, safe, protected and taken care of. Please bring anything that will make you physically comfortable for this experience: • Yoga mat • Pillow(s) • Eye mask • Blanket • Water With the VIP option you’ll have an elevated experience! You’ll start with ceremonial tea. Your section will be crystal adorned with candles. You’ll have a sound healer specific to your section.
