Looking for some soothing weekend plans? Join us for our weekly Sunday morning brewery yoga class at Lamplighter Brewing Co.'s Cambridge Crossing (CX) taproom. We'll gather in the light-filled upstairs taproom for a gentle, all-levels flow. The class is led by certified instructor Christina Grassie. Space is limited, and reservations are are required. All yoga levels are welcome! This class is great for beginners, as well as for experienced yogis. We'll lead you through a guided flow with a focus on stretching, breathing, and light activity - you might work up a light sweat, but nothing too strenuous. Please plan on bringing your own yoga mat. If you don't have a mat, a large beach towel works as well. The class takes place in our upstairs taproom at Lamplighter Brewing Co.'s CX location (110 N First St, Cambridge MA). Your ticket includes full access to the yoga class as well as a beer, cold brew coffee, or kombucha. Each ticket includes: Access to the 1 hour yoga class 1 beer token (good for a full pour of any beer or non-alcoholic beverage)Please note that this event is 21+ and all guests will be asked to show a valid government-issued ID.
