This is performance training. For athletes and non-athletes, looking to improve strength and athletic performance, for males and females, ages 13-18. We will do an assesement to place you in the right program. This class is important for two reasons: first, injuries amongst youth and adolescent. Second, overuse injury and burnout amongst youth sports participants can be prevented through planning and consultation with a professional.  Both groups need one thing a professional trainer who better understands their basics of training needs.  This training would be perfect for an athletes’ preseason strength training program and athletes training to recover from injury. ****Participants may attend (2) classes per week. We coach against overtraining to sustain longevity and injury prevention. This is a progressive training program, each week we will increase the learning and intensity of the training session.  Looking forward to working with you and your family.
