Looking to add a walkway supervisor to our winter team in Dover area. Candidate must be good with directing people, good at leading by example and a positive team player. Basically when it snows we have you in through entirety of event. You would be driving a new rental pickup with a small team ensuring walkways are cleared out at our sites and applying ice melt. Directing 5-10 people under your wing. Plenty of $$$ to make for the right person so dress warm to stay dry and get ready to make some $$$! Sites are very high end which requires a good amount of hours and also a high-caliber team. You'd be manning entrances, shoveling stairwells and other areas our machines can't get. For those interested in joining a winning team - you can also stay on into the landscape season. For our full time guys we provide benefits, quarterly bonuses and much more. If you just want to shovel that's fine too. Great opportunity to make a good paycheck and also the potential for some extra referral $ if you bring a friend (additional $10 per person/per event). We had multiple guys making over $1,000 come spring just by referring others to join the team. Just got to get onboarded in our system.
