To maximize your experience, participants are strongly recommended to bring:
• Set of 8-10 lbs dumbbell weights or heavier.
• Yoga mat or towel for floor exercises.
• 32 oz (minimum) water bottle.
• Sweat towel.
• Extra dry shirt post workout.
Recommended attire: Crew neck t-shirt, shorts/ leggings, and supportive gym shoes.
