Learn what kinds of neighborhood projects are eligible for grant funding, and how you can apply, at this training session led by Richland County's Neighborhood Improvement Program (NIP). NIP staff will give an overview of the Neighborhood Enrichment Grant Program. This is one in a series of training sessions that will make this information available.
