Thank you for your interest in the Self-Storage Site Facility Manager Position. We have a storage facility located in Port Arthur, TX and are looking for someone to assist with swapping locks when customers move, basic site maintenance, etc. Any firefighters or police (active or retired) or retired military looking for a very flexible role? We have found that the flexible nature of the hours works well for firefighters, police, or retired military, but others are welcome to apply as well. The role of this manager is to be our eyes and ears and make sure the place is watched over and taken care of. The actual work might take 1-2 hours per week, perhaps more in the first couple months as we get going, but I need you to “own” this facility and watch over it as if it was yours.
