Description

We invite you to join us for this exclusive first of its kind collaboration featuring Indian Cuisine in the twin cities. Chef Rosh & Raag Progressive Restaurant located on the cross street of 50th and France in Edina are collaborating to showcase Indian cuisine evolution. Chef Rosh, a native of Texas, will cook a seven course meal at Raag. This ticket will reserve a seat for dinner at this private event. You will meet Chef Rosh, learn about the dishes presented, and give you the opportunity to ask her about her victory over Bobby Flay and other experiences in her career. One of her seven course dinner dishes will be the dish she cooked to beat Bobby Flay. There will be a 7 Course Vegan menu for the non meat eaters. About Chef Roshni (Rosh) - In 2012, Chef Rosh was a contestant on the very popular FOX TV show Hell’s Kitchen with Michelin Star chef Gordon Ramsay. She was the only chef among 18 that Chef Ramsay addressed as a “passionate, well-rounded chef that blended flavors magically." In 2017 Roshni participated in the hit Food Network show Cut Throat Kitchen. One of Chef Rosh’s most recent travels was an invitation to cook at the James Beard House in New York City where she created a seven course vegetarian meal reflecting her Sindhi heritage. Sindh is located in the south eastern region of Pakistan that was prior to partition in India with great history, mountains and unique cuisine often featuring spices and meats. Sindhi cuisine is an integral part of that region followed by both nations. In 2019 Rosh appeared on the Food Network hit show and beat Bobby Flay as she presented Sindhi food brilliantly, putting it on the US map nationally. Rosh's travel, vast knowledge and hunger for the culinary world has led her to the position of being one of the top 5 Indian chefs in USA by India Currents magazine in 2016.
