Join us for a day filled with good things – sweets, wine, food, music and, best of all, friends! We will meet at the Lamers lot in Wildwood at 9:00 for a short drive to the Yalaha Bakery – famous for its German breads and baked goods featuring shortbread cookies, danishes, walnut squares, German chocolate cake Rye, Pumpernickel & Pretzel Bread. We will have a cooler onboard to store perishables. Bread should be safe in unrefrigerated in the February weather. You may pre-order your favorites at Yalahabakery.com or 352-324-3366. After our visit to Yalaha, we will head to the Lakeridge Winery for a complementary tour, wine, food and music under the trees. Situated among the rolling hills of Clermont, Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards, the views across the vineyard will remind you a Tuscany! The Essentials are scheduled to perform. They are a Power house, dynamic acoustic duo with Rachel Stump and Jess Emery. With a high energy performance and tight harmonies, The Essentials always deliver an exciting and professional quality show!! Food will be available for purchase at the winery including: • Pineapple Sweet Fire Shrimp with Rice and Vegetables • Teriyaki Chicken with Rice and Vegetables • Sampler Platter (Shrimp and Chicken) • Lamb Gyro • Burger (Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato and Onion) with Fries • Burger only • Greek Salad • Greek Salad with Protein • Regular Fries • Posh Fries (Truffle Parmesan) • Rice and Grilled Vegetables (no protein) • Cheese trays and • Sweets from Twistee Treat At the outdoor wine bar your will find a full line of Lakeridge wines, import and domestic beers, and when available seasonal drinks like mulled wine, wine slushies, and sangria. And don’t miss the wine shop which features all of their top selling Lakeridge Winery wines available by the bottle or case. Select from a variety of red and white wines from dry to sweet, as well as their unique Ports and Sparkling wines. In addition to a large selection of wine, their shop features one of the largest selections of wine accessories and gourmet food items that you'll find anywhere.
