Sweet dog needs love and a home

Sweet 11 month neglected female dog needs home. Lab mixed, house trained dog needs home. Small to medium size dog is a unwanted pet/stray that needs a loving home. I have spent the past 2-3 weeks house training her to better help her find a home. This dog is very eager to please. She is shy and is the type of dog that will no run away if not on a leash. She needs more time to be socialized with both people and animals. She is very fearful. She is very affectionate and just wants to lay down near her person. This dog would be a great companion for someone that is not very active, since she enjoys napping and chewing on sticks, bones, pine cones or any toys offered. The dog is almost the size of a large puppy. The dog is free. I brought her to the Atlanta area to help her find a home, since she was in danger of being hit by a car since she thinks it’s okay to walk in the road and cross a road often. I hope to find a home for her, if I am not able to I will most likely return her to where she was running loose with her siblings. I work 10.5 hours 4 days a week from home and she will lay at my side napping or playing with her toys. She is quiet, except for when she is slurping water loudly. She is not food aggressive and is a slow eater for a dog. I think that is due to her small teeth. When I take her out to potty she will tinkle immediately. She is a good dog. I am not sure how she would behave with small active children. She seems to just want to be petted and lay around. Please text before calling me.
