As a mom who has a 26 yr. old autistic son whose mentality is more around the age of a 3-5 yr. old child, I know firsthand how draining, frustrating, and tiring, daily life can be. Not to say every day doesn't bring its rewards, laughter, and happy moments, but there are those moments as well where you just simply wish you could, STOP, Breathe, and Rejuvenate. However, you may not have that opportunity considering its difficult to find someone to watch your guy or girl, or you flat out don't have anyone you trust to leave your adult / child/teen with autism or a special ability.
