Our "Why" ( North Star )Far too many times in board rooms across the country, minority communities are left out of key decision making regarding their social welfare......We’re out to help change that. We believe that community driven feedback is a vital component to implementing strategies that create equitable futures. We believe that healthy communities requires active participation and should equip its residents/stakeholders with a clear understanding of policy, procedures and the ability to navigate the systems of local resource agencies. It's how we believe you build more cohesive and culturally connected communities. One conversation at a time. ................... How To Get InvolvedDuring the month of January, residents are invited to attend community-round tables designed to network, share concerns, engage in creative-problem solving and connect with local resource agencies. Round Table Events includes:Curated Open Discussion Forums Catered Dinner provided by local #smallbusinessesSwag BagsGiveawaysHealth & Wellness ResourcesNetworking Limited: 25 reservations per event. ( See FAQ for guests 14 yrs and under ) *** All campaign events are open to the public. Only Macomb County Minority Residents can submit data surveys. #GoodVibesOnly .........................
