How You Will Spend Your Days as a Maintenance Technician: Perform preventative maintenance procedures to production equipment Able to single/3 phase power, low voltage, motors, and servos, automation devices (inc. PLCs and sensors), and pneumatics (inc. cylinders, valves, and tools). Develop and maintain the preventative maintenance program Troubleshoot and perform maintenance as issues arise Follow all policies and procedures (ex. Lock Out/Tag Out) Perform facility maintenance Set up and/or move equipment Able to operate a forklift/scissor lift and have a mechanical aptitude with strong problem solving skills Other additional tasks as assigned by supervisor We want you to build your career with us! Can you check all of these boxes? Maintenance Technician Requirements: Experience.. Must have experience trouble shooting and working on linear and rotational transmission/power, Pneumatic and hydraulic experience, including control power.  Working experience with building mechanicals required. CMMS experience required. Knowledge: Knowledge of control voltage, single phase household and 480 three phase. PLC, servo, motion control, proximity control and encoder (Required). Dust collection equipment knowledge (Preferred) Physical. Ability to stand, sit, or stoop for 10-12+ hour work shifts. Overtime may be required.
