We are hiring at UC CLEANING, LLC our company is looking for reliable, hard working individuals that are looking for extra income and stress free work environment. We have multiple positions available in the BATON ROUGE AREA Compensation: $11.00- $12.00 per. hr. Employment type: Part time 5:00PM-11:00PM Job title: Evenings ONLY Job location: Parkview Baptist School Skills and qualifications: Great Communication and Interpersonal skills. Great time management skills. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ability to follow health and safety standards. The ability to work in small groups settings. The ability to perform various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc. The ability to carry out cleaning tasks and special projects. The overall goal is to keep the facility in a clean and orderly condition. Must be able to work on a shift independently and pay attention to detailed work and follow simple cleaning instructions. Qualifications: Must have at least 6mth-1yr. commerical cleaning experience Must have reliable transportation Must pass a background check Must have valid Drivers license Must have Integrity Must be able to work cleaning machines (ex.) Vacuum, Kaivac, flat mop etc. This will be demonstrated.
