Job description Belue Ridge LLC is looking to hire a full-time delivery and assembly professional. You should be punctual, physically fit, and a collaborative worker. Your duties involve packing furniture items, loading, unloading, and assembling or placing items as needed. Other in home handy man experience is a plus! All of our staff members are expected to use extreme care when handling customer goods. This is a physically demanding position, and our ideal candidate is able to lift and move heavy objects throughout the day while displaying the professionalism and high level of service we are known for. Duties and Responsibilities Pick up and deliver furniture Safely load and unload breakable items Install furniture according to blueprints or job tickets Assemble and place furniture as needed A lot of time (half the day of more) is spent riding in the van, there will be a social media interactions checklist to complete thoughout eachday Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate Ability to lift heavy furniture and climb stairs Customer service skills Prior furniture moving experience a plus Various in-home improvement skills Can-DO Attitude Compensation Starting rate of $18/hr, $20/hr after 90 days PTO Structure after 90 days Tips Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Schedule: 10 hour shift 4x10 Overtime Weekend availability Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: On the road
