Qualifications Leadership Skills 2 Years Detail Experience Great communication skills Working with team to complete detail jobs as needed Assist with the daily work flow in the field Resolve client concerns Assist with special projects Miscellaneous tasks as required Ensure materials, products is adequately stocked and equipment is in working order. Make certain the field staff are performing in accordance with the company standards and surpass client's expectations as well as offering support and training when needed. Help in maintaining inventory quality and quantity control of supplies and product. Run errands for field team. Requirements: Demonstrated attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work independently Critical thinking skills Excellent customer service skills High School diploma or equivalent Ability to work in all exterior elements Ability to navigate in, around and under vehicles At least 2 year of work experience Maintain insights on new and innovative practices and equipment of improving productivity and costs.
