Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Form sidewalks, pads, grade beams, and other ground level structures by properly following/reading layout (independently)
Recognize hazards and danger zones
Complete Task Hazard Analysis (THA) logs
Assist other trades when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience with self-perform concrete work in commercial, civil, or marine environments
Able to plan and execute work with minimum supervision
Basic understanding of blueprint reading and lay out (transfer levels, off sets, and set points…etc.)
Able to identify and differentiate form systems and its components
Must understand level, plumb, area and volume/square concepts
Understand construction terminology
Identify common construction materials, hand tools, and power tools (hammer, shovel, water pump, measuring tape, hammer drill, saw, demolition hammer, etc.)
Proven commitment to Safety
Work in an organized manner
Able to work night shifts when needed
Must have reliable transportation to/from the job site
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Must be self-motivated and can work well with others
Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
Ability to perform heavy lifting/pushing/pulling of material weighing 50 pounds
Ability to squat, crawl, and work in confined spaces
Minimum age 18+
Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization
