Learn how to can food for storage I am sure you have noticed the price of food rising! It will continue to do so as our world is in a very uncertain time. I have been canning food for 2 years now as I knew we were going to have shortages. Shopping sales and making your own recipes can be a life saver for you as times are uncertain. Using your leftovers for recipes will keep food preserved and not thrown away! Pressure canning food will keep on your shelf for up to 20 years without refrigeration! I am offering classes to learn how to do home canning. I will take 3 people at a time and we will do one recipe. You will go home with 2 quarts of whatever recipe we are doing.
