FLOORING CREWS NEEDED

I am the owner of Footprints Floors in Chicago and I am looking for another crew or two that I can trust to do multiple types of flooring projects. We are busy and will stay busy throughout the year. We work mostly on the Northside of Chicago and in the northern suburbs, but do projects all over Chicagoland. YOU NEED: - Liability insurance - Sanding machines - Truck or van - Need a crew or at least a helper - Most of my teams work in teams of two ABILITY TO DO THE FOLLOWING WORK: - Install hardwood floors - Sand, stain and finish hardwood floors - Install floating floors (LVP, laminate, engineered hardwood) - Need to be able to communicate throughout the project - This is important! I pay piece rate, everything has a price and I pay per sq ft or per linear ft for trim. I can send over a sheet showing what I pay if you'd like to see it.
