Guitarist looking to form original band

I'm a 24 y/o guitar player looking to form a band. This is basically what I'm looking for in a nutshell: -we would write original music -maybe some covers here and there -would want to take the band seriously with the hopes of making it big (but still being in it to have fun) -gig around the city often -have consistent practices -ideally hoping to play/write mostly rock/blues/indie type stuff, but open to whatever! -need a drummer, singer, and a bass player (open to other instruments, though) -also ideally be relatively close in age to me (mid-late 20's), but that doesn't necessarily matter too much A little about me: I used to be in a rock band when I was going to college in Milwaukee and developed a big interest in playing live and writing music. I transferred to UIC where I recently graduated from, and so I've been looking to form a serious band in Chicago for a while. I grew up playing drums, but started practicing the guitar about 7 years ago and it's become my main instrument pretty much. I'm into a lot of different music, but my writing/playing style seems to lean more towards artists like: The Black Keys, Pearl Jam, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Oasis, Alabama Shakes, Quaker City Night Hawks, etc. Feel free to shoot me an email if interested!
