Come work at one of the best farms in Boulder County, Colorado! We are a diversified vegetable farm growing over 100 different crops on 25 acres. We grow vegetables for our 600 CSA members, our farm store, and local restaurants. Our farm crew is usually 15-20 people each year. We are looking for several people to fill positions on our farm for the upcoming season. These are the positions currently available: • Harvest Manager • CSA Manager • Tractor Operator • Greenhouse Manager • Farm Crew Pay is $17-$22/hour depending on vegetable farming experience. Plus $0.50/hour end-of-season bonus upon completion of the season for every hour you worked during the season. You also get weekly vegetables from the farm. These are all full-time positions that are Monday through Friday during the growing season. (We are also looking for one or two people to work Saturdays in exchange for one of the regular weekdays.) Manager positions will start in March and Farm Crew will start in April. We may have work starting right now for the right person with vegetable farming experience. We have two farm locations, and you will work at both. One is in Lafayette and one is near Niwot.
