Looking for someone not afraid of some manual work. It is not cleaning as much as moving tied bags of trash from one place to another at an apartment complex. It is simple but HARD work, so definitely only people who are fit enough to lift 30 lbs or more and can climb lots of stairs for about 2 hours most nights, 5 days (Sunday-Thursday ) per week. It is a contracted position so there won't be anyone looking over your shoulder every night while you work, but you need to be a self-motivated and a responsible person. The time it takes you is totally up to you and your ability but must be done sometime between 7:30pm and Midnight every Sunday through Thursday. Make about $65 per shift and about $20-$30 hour (when broken up by monthly rate). Hourly rate just depends on how quickly and efficiently you work. A 3-Month commitment needed. The monthly pay is $1400 plus incentive. SOMEONE WITH A PICK UP TRUCK OR VEHICLE THAT CAN PULL YOUR OWN TRAILER WILL BE A PREFERRED CANDIDATE/CONTRACTOR but is not required. This position does require someone who has insurance, a valid driver license, is reliable and consistent. Consider the distance to the area near Woodmen and Union from your place and decide if it would work for you to make that drive 5 days per week in every kind of weather. The work needs to be done regardless of the weather...snow, ice, rain, heat, etc...the work just needs to get done. If you tend to be adverse to manual labor you won't stay long and it will just be frustrating for all of us. This does not require much interaction with people but manners are necessary and a willingness to do work are a must! If you do good work, it is common to get a raise in your contract rate when your contract expires/renews. Our best contractors look at it like a great exercise/cardio workout while getting paid.
