Description

of getting a variance from Bureau Co Zoning for a 1200sf garage then get another variance to add 900sf (couple years later) to add on more storage space plus has to have variance because that large of storage space, 2100sf (garage), is not permitted without a residence on the property. So now original structure is being turned into residence. So is there a building permit for 900sf newly added on structure (garage) plus permit to turn original garage into residence? What's the benefit? Don't need licensed electrician or plumber no inspections no occupancy permit needed when done? What? And is there a permit for the concrete pad poured on Northside of property? What's that for? Shed? Isn't there a code that permits have to be out where they can be seen without having to walk up to structure to view? We're just wondering.
