Responsibilities: Strong commitment to world class customer service. Meet and exceed quality and customer satisfaction goals to ensure customer retention and uphold the company brand. Necessary skills: carpentry, sheet rock repair, tape and bed, texture, special finishes, painting, attic staircase repair and installation Build solid productive relationships with team members and customers Provide timely feedback to management on any issues or needs Performing any basic handyman home repairs which Qualifications: Successful prior track record as a Carpenter / Craftsman or Construction Ability to perform minor electrical and plumbing and HVAC systems Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and demeanor Proven experience using hand and power tools Basic math skills Good communication ability Professional appearance and demeanor Well-organized and apt in problem-solving Attention to detail High school diploma or equivalent We are a recognized leader in the industry yet small enough so that you will be recognized for the contributions you make.
