Looking for Food Carts

Hosting a four (4) day long event in June 2023 (Wednesday 6/21- Saturday 6/24). Looking for potentially 2-4 food carts to be at event. We would like to have a contract that agreed upon percentage of profit made at event day(s) which would go back to the event (to help cover event expenses). We would require information on food truck - business name, owner name, proof of Denver license to sell, type of food, amount of customers could serve in a 7-10 hour day (do not have to be all day but preferred), a contract signed before 2 months out from event (Monday, April 18th 2023). This post is only to gather information and begin conversations - this is not a verbal agreement. Our event will host 3,000+ people from Colorado and surrounding states. No guarantee customers will dine but the opportunities are there!
