Hey everyone, I’ve always wanted to play live with a DJ or a small tight band. I’m very into my flatwound P-Bass, bass fundamentals, and I’ve played 20 years. The variations of bands and styles I’ve played have included Alternative Rock, Latin Styles (Cumbia, S. American folk), Jazz, Funk, and R&B. I listen and practice often to Neo-Soul, Funk, Cumbia, Andean folk, and I love playing low and in the pocket. I already have my own creative projects, and play with some local musicians, so I’m looking for something easy and fun but with skilled/tasteful musicians. My goal is simply to meet Funk/House/R&B players in town for fun collaborations. Let’s chit chat. Cheers
